Terms

Last updated: July 2026

How we work together. Written the way we talk, so you can read it once and know where you stand.

Who you are dealing with

Storkbridge is the brand. The company behind it is the one named at the bottom of every page, and that is who invoices you and who is responsible for the work.

What these terms cover

They cover this website and the work we do for you. Anything we agree in writing for a specific project sits on top of these terms, and if the two ever disagree, your written quote wins.

Quotes and prices

The prices on the site are starting points. Before any work begins you get a written quote with one number in it. That quote holds for thirty days and only changes if you ask for something that was not in it.

Paying us

We invoice you and you pay by bank transfer. Larger projects are split, with part before we start and the rest when the work is finished. Payment terms are on the invoice.

What we need from you

Text, images, logins for anything we have to connect to, and answers when we ask questions. If those take a while to arrive the timeline moves with them, and we will say so rather than quietly slipping.

Changes along the way

Small adjustments are part of the job and we do not bill for them. Something genuinely new gets its own quote before we build it, so nothing appears on an invoice that you did not agree to first.

Who owns the result

You do, once the final invoice is paid. The code, the domain and the accounts go in your name. We keep the right to mention that we built it and to show it in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.

Services we build on

Sites and apps run on services like hosting and databases that we do not own. We choose carefully and set them up properly, but we cannot promise those companies never have an outage.

The care plan

Optional, monthly, and you can stop at the end of any month. It covers hosting, updates and fixing things that break. New features are separate work at the hourly rate on the pricing page.

Where our responsibility ends

We fix our own mistakes, and we take that seriously. What we cannot take on is indirect loss, such as sales you believe you missed. Our responsibility for a project is limited to what you paid us for it.

If it is not working out

Either of us can stop. You pay for the work done up to that point and we hand over what is finished. No penalty, no argument.

Which law applies

Romanian law, and Romanian courts if it ever came to that. We would much rather sort it out over a phone call.

Changes to these terms

If we update them, the date at the top changes. The version you agreed to when you signed off a quote is the one that applies to that project.
