Before you build an app
A website is for reading: what you do, your prices, how to reach you. A web app is for doing: visitors log in, book, order, pay or work with their own data. Accounts, permissions and payments have to stay correct for every user, which is why a web app starts at €800 and a website at €500.

No. We build web apps, which run in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install. If you need a native store app, we will say so up front rather than take the job.
Yes. Internal tools for orders, schedules or stock are web apps too, only the users are your staff instead of your customers. They are scoped and priced the same way.
You do. The domain, the code and the accounts are in your name, whether or not you take the care plan afterwards.
You can add the care plan: hosting, the database, backups, security updates, monitoring and small content changes for €49 a month. New features are quoted separately, at €25 an hour.
